4-H/FFA Youth Market Goat Show 6:00 P.M.

All Market Goats to be On Fairgrounds and Weighed by 5:30 P.M.

Rules

1. See General Fair Rules, rules applying to general exhibit and rules applying to goats.
2. All entries must be on the Fair Ground and weighed by 5:30 p.m.
3. The superintendent or their representative will weigh all Market Goats prior to show. Scales will be open from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.   A list of weight divisions will be posted.
4. Show Order is Senior Showmanship through Novice Showmanship, then Novice Market Goats, then Market Goats by weight. Commercial doe show will follow. To participate in a novice class, the goat owner must be under 9 years old as of 1/1/2019.
5. Showmanship classes will follow district show age divisions.
6. All market goats must be KUIP tagged.
7. No cross showing in commercial doe show.
8. No novice age youth may show in the 4-H/FFA Youth classes, only in the novice classes.
9. Must be an official 4-H or FFA member for youth classes.
