No pre-registration for this event is required. You can enter in person before the start of the contest.
No offense to the derby but this is the most exciting two minutes in sports. If you’ve seen this event before, you know what fun it is to watch or participate.
Greased Pig Contest
FRIDAY, July 11th
Registration begins at 8:00 pm
Division I- 4 & Under, male or female; Ribbon and $25.00
Division II- 7 & under, male or female; Prize- Ribbon and $25.00
Division III- 8 to 10 years old, male or female; Prize- Ribbon and $25.00
Division IV- 11 to 12 years old, male or female; Prize- Ribbon and $25.00
Division IIV- 13 to 17 years old, male or female; Prize- Ribbon and $50.00
Division IIIV- 18 years and older, male or female; Prize- Ribbon and $75.00
Dress Appropriately!!!
Rules
- This is a timed event. The greased pig must be held by contestant for 30 seconds after capture.
- No team holding- only one person may hold the pig
- Must have a signed entry and release form before being allowed to enter contest.
